V E S E R C O M Cuadro de texto:     VENEZUELA FOR THE WORLD, AND THE WORLD FOR VENEZUELA     Venezolana de Servicios ComercialesCuadro de texto: INTERNATIONAL COLLECTIONS Cuadro de texto: Our Collection Services begin once we receive the request of our client, by studying each case individually,  and communicating with our client until exactly defining the reach of our work, documentation available and other necessary details.   A commercial report on the indebted firm is prepared, to determine its economic/financial status, thus establishing its payment capacity and/or economic back up, in anticipation to a potential judicial action.   Thereafter we contact the indebted firm, send correspondence to them demanding  payment,  and make the necessary reminders and telephone calls.   Later on, we initiate the necessary process of visits and conversations directed to establishing the basis to reach an extrajudicial agreement.     If the previous actions do not produce the wished results, we consult the client if it wishes to initiate a judicial collection procedure, providing him with an estimation of the cost of the legal action. We only begin a judicial collection once the authorization of the client has been obtained.     The cost of extrajudicial collection varies based on the amount of the debt and its antiquity. During the initial stage of contact with the client we establish conjointly the cost of the collection, being this a percentage of the debt to be recovered. The client only pays for the money recovered.
